Estimating, Investment & Pricing

Every project we build is fully custom, designed to fit your space, your style, and your needs—so pricing can vary based on size, materials, and complexity. That said, we believe in being upfront so you know what to expect before reaching out.

  • Estimating is always a free service so you can better understand all areas of your project before diving in.

  • We will generally require a 50% deposit before beginning work to cover material cost and other expenses.

Most of our projects fall within the following ranges:

  • Custom Kitchen Islands: $3,500 - $10,000+

  • Built-In Cabinets & Shelving: $2,500 - $8,000+

  • Floating Shelves & Smaller Projects: $500 - $2,500

Final pricing depends on factors like wood species (walnut, white oak, etc.), finishes, hardware, and installation requirements.
